• Stabilized Track Drive Output. Over Voltage protected.
• LocoNet Expansion Network for simple system hook up & expansion.
• High impedance balanced or unbalanced signal input receivers on the LocoNet Interface allow boosting of several different types of command control signals.
• Auto shutdown if command control drive signal is lost so that the layout will not convert to DC operation if a cable or connection is broken. The trains won’t just "take-off" when there is no DCC signal.

Automatic Reversing "Look Ma, No Hands!"
• Auto reversing works when you are operating one Digitrax Booster as the main system booster & an additional Digitrax Auto Reversing Booster or PM42 set up for auto reversing in an electrically isolated reversing district of the layout. A single auto reversing booster can usually handle more than one reverse loop. A PM42 can handle up to four individual auto reversing districts. It works like this: when a loco crosses the gap at the entrance to or exit from the reversing district, if the Digitrax auto reversing Booster or PM42 senses a short if the track polarities are different, it automatically matches the track polarities & the train keeps moving across the gaps into the reversing district.

• If your reversing district handles a lot of traffic on its own, you would want to use an auto reversing booster because you need more power. If this is not the case, then the PM42 is an excellent, cost-effective choice.

• Note:, You can handle reverse loops conventionally with a toggle switch or relay if you do not wish to add an extra booster, PM42, or other automatic reversing device on your system." >

Digitrax DB200 Smart bstr w/auto rev 8A

Use Digitrax Expansion Boosters to:

• Run more trains on your system.
• Add automatic reversing districts.
• Prevent a short-circuit in one power district from stopping operation on the entire layout.

Digitrax Booster Specifications
• DCC booster only (no command station capability).
• Built in AutoReversing when used with another booster.
• Accept 50/60Hz AC or DC input from your power supply.
• Minimum input voltage: 12V AC or DC.
• Maximum input voltage: 22V AC or 28V DC.
• Power supply should be overload protected for a maximum output of 8 Amps DC.
• Auto resetting over temperature & short circuit protection.
• Multi Scale selectable for N through G scale operations. N Scale = 12V, HO Scale = 15V, O/G Scale = 18V.
• Track Status indicator shows voltage & signal type (DCC or "Zero Stretch" Analog Signal for conventional operation).
